LEMONADE
FRUIT LEMONADE
1 Lemon
1 Slice of Orange 1 Cherry 1 Slice of Pineapple 1 Grape 2 Teaspoon Sugar Ice & Water |
Put juice of lemon, sugar, water and ice in a shaker, shake well.
Pour in a tall glass and add all the fruit before serving. |
GRAPE JUICE LEMONADE
2 Lemons
1/2 Cup Grape juice 1/2 Cup Water 2 Teaspoon Sugar |
Mix lemon Juice, grape juice, sugar and water.
Add crushed Ice in a tall glass and pour mixture over it. Serve chilled. |

GRAPEFRUIT AND ORANGEADE
1 Grapefruit
2 Oranges 1 Cup of Sugar 2 Cups ginger ale 2 Cups of water 2 Cups of crushed ice Mint leaves |
Extract juice of Grapefruit and Orange in a juicer. Add Sugar and allow it to stand for an hour stirring occasionally. When ready to serve add crushed ice, water and ginger ale. And add few mint Leaves.

MINT GINGER ALE
1 Lemon
1 pint ginger ale Mint leaves |
Crush the mint and put into a tall glass pitcher, add the crushed ice, the juice of half a lemon and the thinly sliced half lemon. Add the ginger ale, stir with a long handled spoon and serve.

RASPBERRY LEMONADE
1 Lemon
2 cups Raspberries / Raspberry juice 1 cup Sugar Ice 4 cups of Water |
Crush 1- 1/2 cup of berries, and press through a fine cloth or you can use Raspberry juice. Extract the juice from the lemon, add to the berry juice, add ice, sugar and water and shake well. Pour into a glass pitcher and add 1/2 cup whole berries and serve.

honey fruit punch
1/2 cup Honey
1/2 cup sugar 2 cups water 1 Lemons 5-6 Oranges / Orange Juice 1/2 Pineapple 10 Strawberries Ice Carbonated Water |
Boil honey, sugar, 1 cup of water and add grated rind or zest of one orange together for five minutes. Allow to cool and add a cup of water and the juice of the oranges and lemon, stir and pour over a block of ice in the punch bowl. Add the grated pineapple and the strawberries, which should have been hulled. When ready for service add the carbonated water.

CHOCOLATE CREAM FLOAT
2 Tablespoon Chocolate Syrup
1/2 Cup Milk 1 Cup thick Cream Castor Sugar Vanilla essence Ice |
Take half cup of milk; fill with stiffly whipped cream. When whipping the cream add enough powdered sugar to make it slightly sweet and stir in a few drops of vanilla. Now Fill a tall glass with cracked ice, put two tablespoonfuls of chocolate syrup into each glass, and add the mixture of cream and Milk.

JAGGERY drink
1/2 Cup Jaggery
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon Ginger Juice 2 Cups chilled Water |
Dissolve jaggery in water and filter it. Now mix ginger and lemon juice.
Add more water if required, serve it chilled. |
sugarcane juice
4 cup Sugarcane chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 inch ginger |
Wash sugarcane and peal the hard outer skin. Then chop the sugarcane into small pieces.
Add it into the grinder,add ginger and grind it. Drain the sugarcane extract in a glass, drain it with a fine filter, and extract the juice. Add lime juice before serving. Sugarcane juice is ready to serve. |
