4-5 Apples
1 cup Apple Juice 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1 teaspoon Lemon juice |
Peel apples, then chop them into bite-sized pieces. Put them into a saucepan.
Add cinnamon powder, apple juice,and lemon juice. Half-cover the pan and simmer for 15–20 minutes or until the apples are tender. Serve with a muffins or toasts. |
Baked Eggs with Cheese
6 Eggs
1 Tablespoon Butter Grated Cheese Salt Pepper Paprika 1/2 Cup Cream 1/2 Cup bread Crumbs Mustard |
Butter a baking platter and cover it with a layer of grated cheese, break eggs on it, cover with a layer of cheese and sprinkle salt, pepper, and paprika. Pour over it half a cupful of cream, cover with soft bread crumbs, rolled in melted butter, then again sprinkle salt, paprika, and a light sprinkling of mustard. Bake until cheese is melted.
Quantity could vary as per your serving, and use salt, pepper and paprika as per taste. |
Green Scrambled Eggs
4 Eggs
2 Stalks of Celery Slice of onion 1 Tablespoon Parsley 3 Tablespoon Milk Salt paprika |
Chop Celery and boil in salted water, add slice of onion, boil until tender, drain and mix with flour and saute in butter until brown.
In a bowl, beat eggs, add milk, salt, paprika and minced parsley. Pour the mixture in the pan containing Celery and cook, stirring continuously. Can be served with toast. |
